The staff are friendly and welcoming. I had an intimate wax job (Hollywood) done, and Angela was very thorough. Shes reassuring and chats with you through the process if you need it for distraction from the pinch of stripping. Lol. Compared to some places Ive tried, the process with Angela was practically painless. I also recommend their facial, neck and shoulder massage. Very relaxing.

Just good to be back to Bella Spa again to try their lashes & waxing treatment today, They did not disappoint me at all. My lashes lift was just amazing as my waxing. I used to have the nails done regularly here, since I moved my job, I have to go to my local places instead, I am glad to see the same Bellaspas team. Thank you again for your amazing services. Really recommend this place to everybody. Cant stop admiring my lashes lift. Thank you Mia so much. I Love it x

I have been using the services of Bella Spa for a while and I thought they offer decent quality. A week ago , Ive had a BIAB infill done. After few days, the acrylic started peeling off, so today I booked myself for a removal and shape service . So, Ive got tge gel removed, my nails, as expected, all scratched , frail and different sized. Ive been sent to the bathroom to wash my hands (?!) and then offered some oil . And that was all ! I could not believe it ! I left the place in tears, such a disrespect! My conclusion : some members of the team are good, some are less good. You cant book with a certain stylist, because, anyway, youll be passed over to whoever is free.They prioritise quantity over quality and discriminate the clients based on whos giving the team more compliments. On one occasion, a client next to me was offered a discount if she would leave a good review, but I havent got the same offer, even if I was assisting to the discussion. Not ethical. Sadly, after such a gruesome situation, I will never visit that salon again . Service: Manicure
