What an amazing experience. I felt like I was in Morocco. I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the spa. Staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend this place to all the ladies. Absolutely love that its just ladies only. I will be going back and will be taking my mum too. Thank you ladies see you soon x

Honestly the worst Hammam experience my friend and I had, and we have experienced a number of them both in the UK and abroad. The steam room was unbarerably hot, there should have been a tap available to rinse off and to cool oneself down but there was none here. The two morrocan ladies in the hammam area were so rude, (one more so than the other), and talking about a number of clients in Arabic behind their backs, absolutely disgusting! A few clients shared with us that the rude hammam lady called them dirty, like What!!! Clearly when being exfoliated dead skin will shed!! They are doing a diservice to the owner and should be sacked. This whole experience felt 0% relaxing, staff are not welcoming nor friendly, we were rushed from the first minute, we could not even change in peace before being told we had to hurry up! Eventual one of the clients who knew the owner told staff to take temperature down in the steam which they did and but it was a little too late as it was time to leave! Can't believe we drove 1.5hrs to be treated this badly. The massage was okay and facial was inadequate. I couldn't tell you what product they used in the facial nor the body mask, and no morrocan scrub soap was used for the scrub portion of the hammam experience. As hammams lovers who go frequently, this has put us off the whole experience sadly, we will not be back at this facility. They need to work on customer service and hire better staff! The facility seemed rundown in the hammam area and no refreshments offered. It could have been better if staff were trained at customer service and spoke politely to customers. 0 stars from us!

Had the most relaxing day. Steam room, full body scrub, body mask and the most amazing massage. The ladies that work here are so nice and make you feel really pampered. This place is spotlessly clean and the treatment areas were cleaned thoroughly after each person. Can't wait to return!
