        I had my root colouring done and I was quite disappointed. Im quite a frequent customer however this time there was no difference to the before and after of my roots after the colouring. I asked for a refund (albeit I dont live in Manchester so I had to wait until Im back so two weeks later) and they refused even though I had proof of time and dates and before and after pictures were taken within 24 hours. They still refused to even give a partial refund. Im disappointed, theyve lost a frequent customer, as Ive never going back there.
