This is the second time I have been let down by Sophie. I arrived on time for my appointment which was for a pre Holiday treat for my birthday.
I was informed after 5 minutes of sitting there that Sophie was off sick and did I not get an email.
Errrr. No, obviously not or I wouldn't be sitting here !!!!!
