I had my hybrid lashes done. I came abit late due to getting nails done and got late which i rang i told way advance. When arriving the lashes lady said i will not be able to do the picture i showed and said il do them but not as full which was fine by me. Whiles doing my eyelashes twice she picked phone call up which them delayed me even more and less time. She did my lashes which was not the best but with the time she had she did hmm ok lashes but due to answering to call delayed it and took it off my time not hers. I came home as i was flying out next morning. I kid you not less then 48 hours my lashes was coming off bare in mind i payed full 45 !!!!! I then message the owner following day which she so call says she values customers service. I sent over pictures and told her these lashes will be coming off as i had massive caps an this was my sons 1st holiday and my 30th! I sent i emailed her 5 times like she said to email her the pictures which i did . No response given . Awful customer service and if u wana waste ur money then go ahead bur i will never come again and not recommend this salon. Honestly this ruined my holiday as it was my 30th and had to take all lashes off and go on holiday with no lashes done and 45 wasted . Definitely DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! So just today the ownee has got intouch to say she checked camreas and for the late time i was her the lashes seem to be fine just need brushing. How stupid can one be hwn the photo clearly show they are caps in my eye lashes from the lashes falling off and blames mu holiday for them to come of water park aprently. However i didn't even start my holiday and was in uk when lashes were coming off and on my holiday i had no lashes as it was such a embarrassment having lashes that had massive caps Service: Eyelash extensions

Looking for a salon that makes you feel at home, takes pride in their work, and really listen to what you need? I have been a regular at Prestige now for the last 4 months, and I leave happy every time, no matter who I have an appointment with. Teresa, Holly and Lucy-Rose have been looking after my builder gel nails and top up my tinted and shaped eyebrows, but also treat me like a human being - which you definitely don't get at all salons. I am about to move house to the other side of Manchester, and will continue to book in with Prestige because they are worth travelling for. They consistently give brilliant service, gorgeous results, and just make me feel good - and that's what I reckon all beauty treatments should do.
