I've been going to hairphoria since 2015, and I can't fault them. Nat is amazing and always does exactly what I want even when I don't know what I want myself! I've had spray tans, eyelashes, nails, makeup, and many hairstyles, cuts and colours from the girls at hairphoria. I can't imagine going anywhere else, still a loyal customer going into 2023. Thank you Nat for everything x

I had been using this salon for 2 years without any problems, my last visit has decided that I will never be going back... 1- they style I wanted wasn't achieved, in the process she has FRIED my hair to the point that when they were blowdrying it loads was coming out and then leaving me with several streaks of different shades of blonde/white/yellow and ginger. 2- the roots are not blended, and they're boxy and horrid. I feel she knew they looked bad and tried to brush it off when I mentioned it by saying 'it's just the way I've brushed it' 3- they have bleached all down the back of the top I was wearing, didn't tell while I was leaving, and then I processed to walk around with a bleached back. When I messaged the following day, they put up an Instagram story saying they don't take responsibility for any clothing stains and bleached in their salon. 4- After my appointment I was so concerned about what they did to my hair that I asked when she could fix it, she said come back in 2 weeks, so I made the appointment and payed a 42 deposit. When I got home that night I had tome to thing, I was mortified that my hair was such a messand that my tshirt had been ruined. I messaged and spoke to her about my problems, unfortunately she did not reassure me. Beacuse I now longer trusted the salon I asked to cancel my appointment the day I made it, 2 weeks in advance, she told me she would not reimburse me even after that mental trauma she had put me though. I got an email later that night saying my appointment had be cancelled due to 'late cancellation' 2 weeks is definitely not a late cancellation! Again, I messaged her to ask what that was about and they seem to have blocked me. I'll attach the MESS my hair is in, and you can be the judge if youd like to use this salon....
