Last week, I visited New Image for the first time after several recommendations, due to the fact I had paid a lot of money to have tapes fitted in February by another salon & in less than 4 weeks, they were all matted & bushy with excessive breakage- appearing synthetic. I was really upset with my hair and wanted reassurance &/advice, but the salon that fitted them wouldn't communicate with me, so I decided to finally come here & I am SO glad I did. When Sam found out about my experience, she offered me a consultation straight away. I have never been treated so well in a salon & have had bad experiences like you wouldn't believe the past few years- but coming here was AMAZING. As soon as I got there for my consultation, Sam & Steve came straight over to help & advise me in anyway they could, providing me with cost-efficient options moving forward. They were so friendly & welcoming throughout and I couldn't have felt more comfortable (which is very rare for me going somewhere new). I asked Steve to book me in as soon as he could to have my hair fixed & new extensions fitted- he booked me in for the week after. I was relieved. When I went in yesterday, they were happy to see me, sat me straight down & Sam got to work. She didn't stop until everything (including colour correction) was PERFECT & exactly how I wanted it. When the colour on my natural hair was finished and I was happy, they mixed the hair extensions to perfectly match my colour whilst I watched and then made the nano beads themselves. At first, I always thought hair extensions in general were expensive, but going to New Image & seeing what they do, Sam spending ALL day on my hair (being a HUGE perfectionist, which I loved!!), Steve going to get my dinner for me (saving me the embarrassment of walking over the main road with foils in), seeing them both MAKE the extensions to my exact colour and how much work was put in by both of them in general to make sure it was perfect & I was happy, the price is cheap. They both made sure they went through every aspect of aftercare with me before I left the salon & reiterated that if I have any problems, to not hesitate to get in contact & they will be more than willing to fix it. I have never been so happy with my hair and I really can't thank Sam enough for everything she did for me yesterday, she really is an AMAZING person & hairdresser. I have found my forever hairdressers, thank you SO much. I will never be able to express how grateful I am & how much I would recommend this salon.

Best hair ever! Cannot thank Sam and the team enough for what they have achieved with my hair. Sam hand blended 4 colours together to give me the perfect colour match and then Sam Steve and Rhian made them in front of me.. WOW! Ive never experienced this before but now I have I will not be going anywhere else! I would 100% recommend! Thanks again guys!

I am very happy with my extensions I had short hair and was concerned going long wouldnt look good. I didnt need to worry Sam made a fantastic job my hair looks great. I would highly recommend New Image the service, product , people and place are brilliant
