I've been 3 years a client because of the convenient location and having a low difficulty haircut, I'd say I am the dream of every barber to pay them 28 for what I want. Tom is by far the most disappointing barber I ever been to, mediocre in skill, incapable of reproducing the same haircut, who thinks arguing with you and what he wants is more important than what you want and to leave happy and confident from the shop. The kind that if you are trying to give him feedback he gets into defensive mode instantly. I am an engineer and a foreigner but I never had any difficulties conveying messages in my line of work or in general in the UK, except to Tom, who either likes pretending he doesn't understand because he is a lazy, mechanical and non-creative barber who wants to do the same thing over and over, or his comprehension level is very poor. I promise you dear reader, sincerely, your 28 are better spent elsewhere, and there are plenty of options there.
