Singh sizzler is an Indian restaurant which serves food right from the streets of India to the authentic Indian delicacies. The place is located in the heart of Manchester and once you enter you will get nostalgic because of the music and desi vibes. The place will remind you of each and every Indian stuff which will mesmerize your heart. Coming on to the food which I tried here: 1) Chicken Lollipop: This was chicken drumsticks tossed in Schezwan sauce. The sauce was nicely coated over the chicken and the flavours were deeply inserted in the drumsticks. Each and every flavour of Schezwan was coming on palate like a perfect layer and the spice level was extremely well balanced. 2) Crispy Lamb: Boneless fried lamb tossed in Schezwan sauce and spring onions. The lamb was juicy and extremely crispy accompanied with crunch of onions. 3)Prawns sizzler: This sizzler comes in royalty with king size prawns. It consisted of street style Indian noodles which had a slight burnt flavour along with soft and fluffy rice and chips. It was served with garlic sauce and gravy for maintaining the moisture while eating. 4) Butter chicken: This was simply amazing a rich, creamy gravy with lots of butter consists of a sligh tangy and spicy flavour. And a bit of creamy sweetness.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5) Sizzling Brownie: Hot, gooey and moist brownie topped with chocolate ice-cream and chocolate syrup. Top five reasons to visit this place: 1)The place serves good and heavy portions of dishes right from starters to main course. 2)The gravies and the sizzlers which are served here goes good with a portion of chips which maintains the moisture in your chips and does not allow it to go dry. 3) Each and every dish here has a proper balance of spice which suits to all different tastebuds and palates. 4) The ambience of this place can remind you of India and make you nostalgic. 5)The place has mainted the authentic Indian flavours in their dishes.
