        Pretentious name and the prestige which comes with having such a name is only skin deep or rather brand deep. You're essentially required to be uber professional even though you are not client facing. Staff turnover is also high in many teams from corporate actions to settlements. At least time goes fast because you are so overworked. There are far more rewarding employers to work for and careers to be in.
