        I have never seen such a useless bank branch where 15 people are waiting to be seen, but only 2 counters are open, and some are sitting on the counter doing nothing to help.

        One star for the woman in information desk who is very kind and friendly. One of the women stuff in the window is very rude and unfriendly. I were gonna open a saving account but now I wont use Barclays again.

        worst bank ever blocking accounts for no reason and closing down local branches so can't even get to a branch easily. cant speak to manager and they put the phone down on me

        Every time I come in to deposit money there are never enough cashiers! The payment machines dont take a large amount of new notes. Barclays has supposed to of improved their branches. But Im my opinion, theyve ruined them!!
