Come in first thing in the morning to sort out my card, and just two ppl before me, and I have to wait for almost an hourI cannot believe how inefficient this place is. No transparency on wait time or who is next.

My bank for yrs, not my main account. Updated my address on the app and apparently nothing can be posted ie new bank card for 60 days. So new Acc /bank card needed to be sent to a branch. Popped in Saturday 11th March and a very attentive and friendly staff member Toby, greeted me, took my ID and brought my card back in 30secs. Excellent service and attention from Toby. Thank you.

Went to the branch on Jan 27th to open an International student account. I was asked to come back next day since branch was about to close. Next morning I arrive early, wait in line patiently only to be told they don't open new accounts on Saturdays by the same receptionist I had spoken to the day before. Apparently the manager had changed the rules that very morning!!. When I insisted on speaking to the manager they agreed to make an "exception". Completed the formalities and was told to expect a package within 2 week. Whet back to branch after 2 weeks as no news of account. Apparently the documents did not go through the scanner and had to be resubmitted. 2 weeks later still no news, went back to the branch. Apparently the account was not set up due to an error by the branch. Advised to wait 2 more weeks as they were resubmitting the application to the back office.2 weeks later still no account set up, so went back to branch for the 3rd time. Same story from the staff "we are not sure what happened, will submit application again and it should be completed within 2 weeks. I finally get my package on March 16. It only took 2 months Either they are totally incompetent, poorly managed or I was targeted since I had escalated when opening the account initially. What a disgrace. You need to get your house in order. Avoid this branch if you can.
