Barclays Bank

Terrible experience. Outdated cash machines that take your money and dont deposit it in your account. Made me fill a form with my bank details which was then just left on their front help desk for everyone else to see. Ridiculous

I find the existence of this bank to be absolutely pointless. I drove 6 miles into town to cash-in a cheque, as the Barclays app can only cash cheques below 1000, only to find that there are no bank teller's or counters at this bank (so, what on Earth is the point of the bank even being there!?). I was advised to use the ATM outside, something I was unable to do, as my card was digital. The whole journey and visit was a waste of my time. If you're planning on visiting here to do your banking, don't bother.

Rude staff and unqualified. Tried to scare me about my online banking being suspended, but when called online costumer service they were able to assist me without trouble and even advised me not to go back to this branch.

Rufusing to let me keep my overdraft facility even though Ive not been overdrawn in over 10 years, despite charging me fir everything g I do in there foreign exchange charges, trying to sell me life insurance while telling me they wont give me an overdraft facility and being. Customer of 43 years
