It's not a posh Lloyds Bank but the the mature man behind the counter did his best to help me out with my problem with my account and there was know attitude problem with him he was there to help people.much better then my experiences at the Heald green branch the staff had attitude towards people they did not like the look of .am happy it's closed down that branch in Heald green

Ive been a customer of Lloyds for over 30 years and Ive never had a problem with any of the services they provide. The counter staff are generally pleasant and extremely friendly. Very convenient for all my banking needs. Keep up the good work!

I don't understand why so many bad reviews! I've had a very good experience opening a bank account here , the staff even came out to the place I was told to sit in and solved my problem with the online application too.
