Barclays Bank

The bank staff is incompetent and useless. I had gone there after being directed to go to a branch to submit documentation for a change of mandate. When handing over the documents, I asked multiple times to confirm they had everything and that it would get to the proper department. They lost them and got nothing done. Another time, I needed to speak with someone for another process. Apparantly that person only works/does that process one day a week, only up until 1:30PM, often takes that day off, and requires appointments. None of this was told to me the first or second time I went. This then required further visits and time wasting from me to find this out and make further visits to get anything done. If given the choice, I would never bank with Barclays, especially through this branch, ever again, and I would advise everyone else to do the same.

I had to go to Barclays and from the moment I walked in to this branch I was treated with respect, kindness and politeness in a professional manner. I have no idea why theres a lot of bad reviews but if you walk into to this branch and treat staff how you want to be treated then you will be dealt with in a very professional way, if you walk in with an attitude towards staff then why should they treat you with respect if you have none for them. Politeness cost nothing. Thank you so much for your very nice welcome and extremely professional service. Nicole the manager has been the nicest person out of Barclays I have dealt with so far thank you so much.

Worst branch. Always delay. One ATM for deposit. Most of the time not working.

Really really awful customer service!! They are laughing and speaking to customers all the time and dont follow the other customers! A young man stuff there keeps my id! They behaving to me like a thief! My account was blocked! After 2 hour stayed there for nothing! You dont care the customers! Only you dont trust the customers! I will close my Barclays account soon as possible and will create with another bank. Awful stuff!!!!
