This should be zero stars but one star is the lowest I can give. Non-existent customer service, and their online banking and apps are totally unfit for purpose. If you like high blood pressure and banging your head against a brick wall for hours, then open a bank account with Co-Op. Otherwise avoid at all costs. Image: A Co-Op Bank customer earlier today.

I have been a member of the co-op Bank for over sixty years. They have looked after me and my account with a firm hand I do not need to worry about any scams or unusual happenings as the bank is always on the ball. I would like to say a special thanks to Samantha at Manchester for her patience and expert Pl. I can't express my thanks to the bank enough. After being retired for 25yrs I will never forget my working days with the co-operative bank. Keep up the good work for my grandchildren.

Accusing me of having an account with Barclays sending money from co-op to my friends acc, locked my account Im a pensioner cant get my money been spoken to like Ive robbed the Crown Jewels my husband in hospital, Acc still locked cant discuss anything with anyone appalling
