I run a small High Risk financial business. Over the last 7 years we were exluded from banking with high street lenders. We wouldn't even get an appointment. Arro took a pragmatic approach to our business model and provided us with an account. In my opinion the account is good and works as it should. I've read a lot of negative reviews from people who aren't happy with their account. They are seem to be related to the fact that additional fraud checks have been done on them preventing them from making payments. Ironically I'm guessing these are the type of people who have been excluded in one way or the other from conventional banks due to failing Money Laundering checks. This business should be given a chance. Its competing with the established banks and giving it a good go

Beware of this Bank. FRAUD STAFF are very rude when you try speak to them regarding, why you cannot use your card to take money out. Instead they will ask for proof etc. and try so hard not to give YOUR money back!! THIS BANK IS A FRAUD - BEWARE -
