Ive visited this branch couple days ago for changing docs. There where I have been served by JANICE RODGER she knew what I wanted to do and did it instantly and she made sure everything done properly. We had little conversation about family shes a very loving mother and I admire that. Thank you Janice for making my visit incredible.

This is a really great branch, the staff here are very helpful and friendly. However with even further reduced hours it's so hard to get there when it's open. It feels like they're slowing closing it down which would be a massive shame as it's one of the only banks that still has a proper, helpful highstreet presence and I'm sure if they got rid of that they'd lose customers. 5 stars for the staff.

Unable to open the saving account (regular AER 2.5%) as an existing customer so went to the picadilly branch. Didn't find staff helpful at all. She literally showed me how to apply via online banking which I knew already but the issue was when I'm on "Apply" page and tick the term and conditions part, there is a "Continue" but when I click that "Continue" part, nothing happens. The page literally stays the way it is even though I pressed that "Continue" part. Now at first i thought maybe its cos I'm doing it on my phone so tried on my laptop, still no difference. It doesn't take me to next stage at all. Overall, I made my trip to the branch just to be told that this staff (lady) never had any customer with this issue before. I mean that's not my problem. Your there to solve your customers issues. On top of that, they can't help you right away and need to book appointment to get help which she mentioned no slots available for another 5months! I dont about others but my very first trip down to Snatander bank has been a real disappointment. Wasn't worth at all.
