        Very impressed with the service, advice and prompt action taken by Mr Hmar at the Manchester branch to resolve my problem. He was friendly, professional and most importantly, willing. That is very unusual with Indian banks. Mr Hmar kept me informed while he tracked progress with the branch in India (MotSur). My thanks go to the staff at that branch too, for their prompt, efficient service and communication. What a lovely surprise and relief to now be able to have confidence in this bank. Thank you and keep up the good work.
