I would like to take this opportunity to praise one of your staff members who I feel needs recognition,his name was Mark. He took time,care and attention over helping me sort my problem and nothing was too much trouble for him. I never felt rushed once and I came away a very satisfied customer. Simply wanted to put money into an account, after waiting 20 minutes someone got off their chair with eyes rolling, they told me to use the machine before I could explain I had two cheques in different names etc and only one card without the PIN number. They blankly repeated use the machine. Please just lose the attitude and listen to your customer before turning them away. It was a good reminder to why I closed my account years ago.
