You ring up and make a complaint.
In return they ring the bakery that has a problem and the bakery chats a load of lies and then the lies are fed back to you.
You have to accept the lies and take on aboard that nothing gets done.
If you ring greggs and make a complaint, they don't accept lies from their staff, instead they apologise and offer compensation.
I will now pass the complaint to the local council and let them sort it out.
