Woman behind the counter had a attitude problem and gave abrupt comments to a simple question "are the cheese and onion pasties hot?", "there warm" she said. I checked and they were colder than her personality. "When will the next batch be ready?" I asked, zippy replied "there ready, when there ready?. If your uneasy about serving people...then dont?. I complained about her/him/she/it to customer services. Hope the area manager asks her to leave and take the cold pasties with her!.

Experience varies. Sometimes the cheese n onion pasties are piping hot sometimes a bit on the colder side. Staff are not friendly looking. Just nice to grab something on the go.
