I Ordered the Supreme Breakfast with poached eggs.
Poached eggs arrived cold . I complained . I Expected a complete replacement meal to be served as the hot chips would go cold whilst waiting., Surprisingly I only received the replacement poached eggs in a bowl . This time yhe eggs had considerable water underneath.
I didnt eat the breakfast.
I informed the chef who told me it was difficult to serve poached eggs without water . We had a discussion about this .
His response to my complaint was to offer to refund me as , I dont want the headache .
Not the ideal response .
I refused the refund because I have more money than sense . But Could I ask the manager to use the refused refund ( 15.29 ) to educate the chef on how to cook & serve
