Towbar was bought on ebay, an extra surcharge applied to the delivery, I sent them my paypall address for an invoice for the extra charge then 2 hours later the order was canceled by them because I didn't pay the surcharge quick enough.... Now have to wait 5 days to get my refund to buy elsewhere. Strongly recommend avoiding these and going elsewhere.

Although I didn't actually get any work done at PF Jones and decided to do it by myself, the telephone staff were courteous, answered all my questions and booked me in within a few days. They are easy to find and offer a comprehensive range of services. I would consider using them in the future.

Bought a dedicated towbar wiring kit for my car via ebay, contacted them first to ensure it was the correct one as mine was built without trailer prep Had 3 yes 3 auto sparks refuse to fit what should have been a simple click into place kit because it was made for this car I ended up speaking to one of their fitters that told me to cut ends off a dedicated loom extend and connect elsewhere what is the point of paying 149.99 for a kit that's made to fit if you have to cut and bodge it? Then after 3rd auto spark refused to fit it they refused return so I left feedback and they had feedback removed I WAS a returning customer but will never use P F Jones again steer clear!!!
