Outstanding customer service, rang up regarding an gearbox for my golf which was delivered the next day as I requested, all their stock is in low mileage which is a peace of mind. I would recommend these boys to anyone needing any German parts. Its been 2 months been using this gearbox and it drives like new. I have to thank the lads at German Motion for their excellent service and their knowledge of vehicles. If they do not have any parts they will call some local breakers and source the part for you (not many breakers will go that extra mile). Thank you will definitely use again.

Had the worst experience while waiting for the part to be delivered... i was promised that it's within two days... unfortunately it took from Wednesday (the day money was paid) till Monday (late evening) where we had to go physically to the Yodel depot to fetch for it... because we were told the part was lost!!!! Who can compensate for the loss of earnings and stress!!!

Very good service and attention from brothers Mo and Adam, I had had a very bad experience with another company and these boys went out of their way to help. Refurbished engine worked fine when fitted and I am promised full guarantee if there are any problems.
