Poor customer service, took my car in for a service today and had a courtesy car booked, when I got there I was told they had no cars on site!!!!!! This is the 3rd time this has happened to me now 14 mile wasted trip, didn't even have the courtesy to call me in the morning to let me know, was promised a call in the afternoon when they had arranged a car and surprise surprise they didn't call me, I called them back to complain they said they would get the manager to call me all very apologetic, but didn't get a call, so no service on my car!!!!! FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP A WIDE BERTH

Booked my Audi A6 in to have re call work done. Was told when i made appointment a courtesy car would be available. Arrived at 9am to be told no courtesy cars available till August. These people are a joke. I drove 15 miles in rush hour traffic for nothing.
