        Awful. Awful building, flats and neighbours. Guinness and most of there staff are just incompetent. Will promise to get back to you but never do. Isn't worth paying even 5 for when you have noisy and smelly neighbours.

        Lived here for years and probably slept about 5 minutes in total. Noisy neighbours and Guinness couldn't care less. Avoid.

        Lived on the 3rd floor and the people there are just awful. Literally blasting music 24/7 but when reported Guinesss Partnership doesn't see a problem. Do not live here if you value sleep, quite and people the resolve issues.
