        Two fines because i dropped some items at this place. First i paid and i tried to appeal the second on. They said i should have registered my number at reception or at the machine (automatic email probably). When i was there i tried to find the reception but there is no indication for it and some residents said there is no reception. What machine? I haven't seen any. I also tried to call the number displayed on the wall but that's for making a payment.
