        Vile company, Building is dangerous due to cladding and they are charging the residents 2700 each through management company to fix there own building defects. VILE, sending letters wanting first instalment on Christmas Day!!! AVOID URBAN SPLASH AND RMG. Money grabbers!!! Why dont you take responcibilty and pay for it your self!! Your shoddy workmanship!!!
