        Work in the building and have had nothing but good experiences. The building is run well, issues fixed quickly and the reception staff are very supportive of building initiatives.

        Great location if you're working in Spinningfields. Otherwise i thought its overpriced: I didnt have mobile network coverage (inuding mobile data) in the apartment so had to change networks a few times until one finally worked. Also there's constant construction which is a nuisance. Oh and the apartment I had did not get any sunlight so it was always dull. But yeah, great location.
