This rating is for the fact that the site was previously home to a culturally important part of UK children's TV. An Itv studios (which has since been demolished) once stood here . Why is this 5 star worthy? Well, Cosgrove Hall productions who eventually became part of itv used the premises to create and film Dangermouse, Chorlton & the wheelies, Count Duckula etc. So there's a bit of 80's nostalgia for the neighbourhood.
