Absolutely ADORE Leighton, Paul and Adam, theyve been so helpful, kind and welcoming but the communication when it comes to sorting bigger issues such as windows and heating, its been pretty rubbish. Lovely extra facilities here though.

Honestly don't rate this place at all. Managed to lose a brand new phone that was delivered to concierge, avoided taking any responsibility, made false promises to follow up and tried to pass blame. It also feels like the majority of the people that worked here and actually cared were driven away

Nice building but too expensive for what it is. Was much better when it first opened, far more friendly and helpful staff and a nicer community environment that was fostered. The staff by in large are unfriendly and unhelpful now. Leighton, Allan and Paul the best staff left - always friendly, helpful and made an effort to make the building feel like a community. Getting repairs done in the building is a nightmare and they're slow to do anything. They will take off as much as they can off your deposit and for anything they can, with dubious overcharging and slow and lacklustre response to any questions relating to these deductions once you've left. Would not recommend, other buildings in Manchester offer you more for your money.

We loved our time living at Anco and Co and we're only leaving to buy a house, otherwise, we would have stayed longer. All the Anco and Co team are really friendly and personable, including maintenance and night security. We felt really secure and safe living at this property which is so important when you're living in City Centre. Prices are a little toppy but when you consider the free WIFI, gym and rooftop facilities, the rental costs aren't too bad. If I had one grumble, it would be about the windows. They need cleaning 3/4 times a year. At the moment it's every 6 months so after two months you're living with dirty windows. That's the one negative.

Nice enough building but communication from staff and extremely poor management of the building by urban bubble. Avoid. The only good thing about this building are the night staff, Leighton and Alan.
