As a stand alone block it is often at the low priority end of Manchester City Council plans. Poor maintenance issues, water ingress in multiple flats, more than some anti social behaviour, unfinished improvement jobs (now in the years range not months), moderate harm listing on the fire risk assessment with outstanding issues carried over from the last assessment, and about to be cold with the installation of ground source heating and the removal of the gas supply, without consultation with the residents in early 2023 (part funded by EU and already budgeted for). The information I have seen says that the system will not work well unless the building is sealed properly and free from drafts , which this building is certainly not..... our local councillors ( Collins , Green and Karney) should be ashamed. I even offered to show them round with no joy

Despite poor CCTV and incomplete improvements it's a good residential building with few anti-social behaviour issues. Flats are spacious.
