I was really concerned seeing the reviews here after I had already booked my car service for Scotland. I quickly learned it seems only the sour grapes want to post reviews as my experience was just the opposite of these bad reviews. Onward was a lifesaver for me when my flight from Heathrow got royally messed up by British Airways. I was forced to fly in to Inverness instead of Aberdeen as planned and it would be after midnight when I arrived. Lucky for me they had a guy in the area willing to make the unplanned two hour drive at midnight down to Ballater to get us safely to our accommodations. Excellent service, professional drivers, on time, not a single complaint from me! Thank you Onward!

Cannot recommendate this taxi company! I pre booked a taxi to airport, and driver was 35min late. And the driver sent message me after the pick up time was already gone, not in advance. Bad service, not gonna use again!

If I could give zero stars then I would. Cancelled my airport taxi on the morning of my flight with hours to spare. Had to book with a local taxi firm at exorbitant cost.

I used onward travel solutions for my best friends hen do. Our flight time changed and it was so easy to change the time and it was so stress free which I really appreciated. The drivers we had were super friendly and they were great with timing and keeping in touch. Its well priced and I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.
