I was curious about this place for awhile. I have a firm belief in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicines to address ailments in the body so I was excited about coming here. When I spoke to Dr. Tang on the phone, she was nice and accommodating. She told me that the first visit would be an hour and afterward she would prescribe medicine depending on my condition. I was seeking help because I have this constant sweet taste in my mouth that won't go away. The front desk people were friendly but young I felt. I assumed maybe they were students? Anyway, I met with Dr. Tang and the appointment was no longer than 15 minutes! She asked to see my tongue numerous times (standard) but she just took some notes and prescribed some medicine for two weeks. All she kept saying was, you'll be fine but didn't share what she observed or a recommended course of action. The young people at the front gave me the medicine and I went home. There were several people in the waiting room, so I am assuming that they are trying to fit as many people as possible. Based on my phone conversation with Dr. Tang, she told me that the appointment would be 50 quid inclusive of any medicine. However, after everything was said and done, I walked out paying 80 quid for a 15 minute consult and some herbs. I decided that I wasn't going back. I took the herbs for two weeks and didn't notice any change. When I called to cancel my appointment yesterday, she didn't ask how the herbs worked or any follow up questions a practitioner would ask. I do not recommend this place.

The doctors have helped many patients and ease their pain and released their illness. The doctors holds master degree in Chinese medicine from the top universities and have over 30 years experiences and has been invited on ITV in the UK.
