Well I contacted this company to help clear my debts as I knew I wasn't able to maintain my debts with the payday loan cycle it was killing me. They said they could help and I'd be debt free in less than 3 years took 1300 off me for me to wait 6 months for them to come up with an official plan whilst also telling me I should ignore phone calls from debtors. I currently pay them 40 a month for the privallage? I paid them over 1800 for nothing more than bad advice and a piece of paper and a phone call about how they could possibly save me thousands I said that sounds good ill let you know but apparently I made a verbal agreement so they charge me another 600 to give me and external lawyers number who says I have no chance but if I wanna proceed it'll be 1000. I now have a ccj against me and im still in debt when before I got in touch with this company I'd never missed a payment. (DON'T USE THIS COMPANY)

Complete joke of a company. Took my money at the end of january. Was expecting a welcome call so after 2 days I called them to be told they are no longer offering the accountancy service. They must have had an idea this would happen when I only entered into an agreement in january. Been offered to be transferred to another company so they can honour there agreement which I said I dont want so have had to go to my bank to block any further payments. I have lost a nice sum of money certainly wont be losing anymore.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They rang me when I was really struggling and I was under the impression that I would be paying for their services as well as money that they will share to my creditors. NOTHING has gone to my creditors at all!! I feel like I have been paying then for nothing! Im a single mother of three and Ive lost out on so much money. Never call me back when they say they will yet call me as soon as the payment declined. Raised a complaint and said I want a full refund so theyre investigating it. Not holding my breath. They also refused to cancel my payments, I have moved my money out of my account so they cant take anymore. Disgusting customer service! Disgusting company! Preying on vulnerable people!! Im looking into this as much as I can as Id like to report them! This company needs shutting down!! SCAMMERS!!!
