I can't speak of the normal accountancy department but please avoid the liquidation department at all costs. I was promised and convinced by Derek that everything would go smoothly and work out just the way he described and after they were recommended by a friend I thought I was in good hands but exactly the opposite. They have left me nothing but empty promises and debt after i approached them for help with the debt after covid. After things didn't work out the way he said they would they stopped taking calls, wouldn't call me back, or try once and never again, pass me on to other employees, they have kept company records and can't get them back, I needed information for my normal accountants but wouldn't speak to me avoiding me at every avenue. All I wanted was advice on my next option but they just didn't want to know after because I'd signed their paperwork so now I was in their debt. Maybe it's because I was a small business and not worth their effort. Don't sign anything they give you along the way because now I'm stuck in debt again because of them and dangerous debt at that. If you want to liquidise your company get advice else where. I've been left with no option but to leave a Google review because they just ignore you
