They were good communicators at all times and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, all getting the job done in good time. The use of an online portal was straightforward and effective, and they were also readily available by telephone. The staff appeared to cover well for each other. The fee charged was as quoted at the outset with nothing hidden and no attempt to upsell.
