I just called FOR FIRST TIME to enquire about medical accountancy services information, then accountant is firstly asking me to slow down which I did and He said WHOA WHOA slow down as if he is shouting on me and then also I slowed down... I thought its okay.. may be he is having a bad day or something... then again when I introduced myself... he said ''didnt I tell you to slow down.., then he is questioning me 'do you know where we are based and I replied yes I am aware from the Google maps. Then also he put me down by telling that I would not know.. lolzz in this digital age how can we not find where anyone is based. Anyways, he said I wouldnot understand how services will work or any details of MY finances ( really!!!) and then said he prefers face to face meeting. On questioning, do you not offer any zoom or teams meeting due to covid, he said i dont like that. Also, then he is questioning me- Do you know what is mask and do you wear it? And how rude he spoke on phone me being potential client and willing to spend any fees. And lastly said do you deanagate and take this turn and that turn and you will find us inspite of me listening to his rude comments that I would not know address. I decided not to go further with his service after he put me down and insult me on phone by questioning and making fun of my NHS service and nature of work!! Specially when these ppl are helping COVID times... why cannot these kind of ppl reported for being rude.. Really Very unprofessional and Rude!! I understand you have other medical clients on your database what he has been boasting about and telling me off That I would understand how it will be worked out with finances... So please learn to know more about potential medical clients and LISTEN THEM.. the way we do for our patients... II would never talk to any human or pet like that..
