Lies stacked on top of lies. Dont believe a word any of them say, they create a facade so you believe everything is fine when in reality its really not. They throw every single obstacle you could imagine to ensure this is the most difficult process you will ever go through. Go private do not waste your time here

The nurse showed no empathy. Very cold and showed no support and I found her to be very cold and abrupt. Very bad experience. Not the best experience when you are already going through so much. Insisted nothing could be seen so early on. Yet I walk away with a nearly 7 week scan! Which would have been calculated because I provided my last day of my period. Overall, very disappointed in this service. Would not recommend anyone to visit here. I was absolutely hysterical and asked for a tissue so she gave me tissue from the end of the bed I had just lied on. So unprofessional.

Called when i had what turned out to be a false positive result- everyone I spoke to was brilliant and I feel happy knowing that I can contact them should I need them in the future. Lovely people
