They always say called at 8:00am for a emergency Appointment but thier phone are always busy but than they phone will work perfectly fine about 9am.. not happy

You're more likely to complete a doctor degree and diagnose yourself before they answer to give you an appointment here.

I dont know if anyone there for checking on receptionist behaviours and manners? She just want to put phone down and ignore you. They don't listen and keep saying call in tge morning.. And then saying no call after 2 pm. I hope she will get sick and she is going to face same behaviour from her local GP

This is my doctors surgery, since 7/8 yrs it was very good service to patients who needed app, through out the day , now it's 10 times harder to get 1 appointment in weeks if it lucky

I wish if I could give them _0.00 because they are useless and radicals recist receptionists they make me ring them always instead booking an appointment for me or my family and still no booking available why no idea. So unpleasant with them I wish if I could find a better gb
