Absolute rubbish sent email saying my parcel would be delivered via DPD on 28th of April tried contacting by phone next day when DPD said they did not have my parcel no answer from collext got hold of them next day via phone and told not their fault it was with DPD and they would get back to me a week later nothing so tried messages via internet 4 times no reply plus phone no answer contacted the firm the order was from they tried for 2 weeks to find out what going on with no luck that firm has now stopped using collext I would not recommend this firm appalling service

I was very happy with their communication and service while they delivered 90% of my products. However, when I asked for an inventory count I heard nothing, and despite sending weekly emails I heard nothing for weeks. Eventually, it became obvious they lost my product and were clearly afraid to tell me! However, they did eventually pay me for the lost products, which I appreciated. Better communication through their errors wouldve made this a 5*
