Delivered items far too early for my partner and cost the Company a significant amount of money in storage. They drop ship their items and just apologise when things go wrong, rather than resolving fairly. Will update review if it gets resolved. We have contacted Mr Chapman, the Sales director.

Poor Customer service/after sales and blame game of saying it is the distributors fault. No follow up a part from a sorry.

Having reached the end of my tether with cheap Chinese security lights failing after very little time, I decided to try to seek out a firm that could provide a high quality product that would last. I have always believed that you get what you pay for in this world. Lumineax not only provided an excellent product but their after sales service and back up has proved to be every bit as fantastic as their products. It is such a pleasant change to be able to deal with a company that actually takes pride in their product and goes out of their way to look after their customers, even after their extensive warranty has expired. They are setting the good old standards of old, before the days of built in obsolescence and we became a throw away disposable society.
