First time in this wondeful place. We recieved such a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. It's in a fantastic location with stunning views. The atmosphere and decor was so comfortable which made it even more enjoyable. We had the stuffed pork belly with creamy mash & veg which was masterchef quality. Their speciality gravy (which we were offered more of) was so delicious. The prices were good also. We can't wait to come back and stay here. Gary, James and Julie doing a fantastic job. See you soon. Gina & Paul

We met here for a family gathering and Sunday lunch . The idea of Carvery lunch is not really my favourite but the Kestors carvery was very impressive, everything was delicious all the veggies and sides were fresh and perfectly cooked , delicious beef and proper ROASTED potatoes. Well organised and friendly . A nice choice of beers and wines available and very cosy feeling surroundings. We also stayed the night and our room was spotless with a very comfy bed and amazing view of the moor . Friendly and helpful hosts , we will be back soon and take advantage of the excellent walking on the doorstep.

Great pub on the edge of Dartmoor. My second time visiting and as usual we were well looked after by Julie, Gary and James. The rooms are warm and comfortable with a great view. The food is excellent with a good range of specials that are not to be missed. The beers are well kept and the breakfasts will give you a good start for a walk on Dartmoor Can't wait to come back.
