Absolutely terrible company. It took several months for them to book in the works needed despite paying in full (for a new glass panel in one window, plus installation of a new window elsewhere), and it ended with me chasing them on several occasions. When the fitters turned up, they didn't have the the new glass panel ''because it wasn't there''. Though their work was decent, they were extremely noisy and left a mess afterwards. Considering it was their first job of the day, the guy who I answered the door to was absolutely filthy. No contact from the company about the missing glass pane, or apology, and it then took 3 days to reply to my email asking where it was! Eventually -- 3 weeks later -- it was installed. Awful communication, awful service. AVOID. Services: Glass installation, Window installation
