        We had a cantilever stair installed in our home by Stairkraft a few years ago and we are still really happy with how it looks! The oak treads have maintained their high-quality appearance and continue to feel as sturdy as when they were first fitted. Highly recommend their product!

        Had this job booked in for over 2 months, service from start to finish was extremely poor. No communication throughout the process, had to chase them for the quote on several occasions, in which every time he was making excuses on getting this to us. Had several conversations to ensure fitting date was set, to be promised we wouldn't be let down and the fitting date would be going ahead. Rang the week before, as we hadn't heard anything, to be told they would be letting us down with the insulation. There excuse were just not acceptable and have now resulted in us having to put other work back. Would not recommend using this company as they have caused us a lot of distress
