#UPDATE# Since my last review, the pharmacy was taken over and I have to say that the service has gone right downhill, constantly forgetting to send vital medications out to patients, and taking upto a month or longer to rectify the problem. Will only sort quickly if say you've made a complaint. The latest is they turn their phone off when they're busy so nobody can get through, so if somebody can't get to the surgery and needs their medication urgently they can't get hold of the pharmacy due to them blocking the patients, this is totally unacceptable and puts patients lives at risk, they maybe busy, but the patients come first, the phone should never be switched off or put onto divert to go nowhere, the surgery itself has nothing to do with them so I don't blame them, but would love to see the old pharmacy crew back, at least they knew what they knew what they were doing.(2022) Very helpful and friendly and deliver your meds too

They need to open. On the opening times I have travelled 10miles, as all other chemist were closed. Due to website. When I got there, on public transport they were closed
