        Dont rate this agency at all. if you agree to do a shift but then cant for family reasons. give them hours and hours of notice. Yes reasonable reasons you cant work doesnt matter to them your called names and then took of the books and told they never use you if you was the last driver in the world. Very professional behaviour from the owner

        One of the most shambolic, tardy and unprofessional agencies I have ever had the joy of working for. As a temporary worker you are treated just as a number and they have no realisation of welfare and how to look after their employees. If you ever get on the wrong side of them they will not pay you the money you have worked for and I am still owed four days wages, which as a veteran with PTSD, is very shoddy, this having been disclosed from the outset by me. Avoid at all costs.
