        Awful alarm system with a under developed app, and lets not even talk about customer support as it is NON existent. My subscription ran out so I could not log into the app, no email received to say subscription has ran out instead when you try and log into the app all it says is go to the pyronixcould and allow permissions when all permissions are on. No notice to say subscription has ran out. What a joke of a system and Im pretty sure the developers DO NOT use this rubbish alarm themselves.

        Shocking Customer Service; sent numerous emails, letters, messages and made numerous phone calls. But no reply or acknowledgement. Its a shame, as the products are great.but customer service is so bad; I would suggest looking at a competitor.
