Good medical center, been for blood test today with Lisa. She's brilliant, can highly recommend her.

One of the best medical centres Ive been too. Lisa and the whole reception staff are amazingly helpful, kind, courteous and professional. The pharmacy is open late and has a superb staff. The quacks arent too bad either ;) The only niggle I have is the long-winded message on the telephone system. I dont always use the doctors surgery but when I do its a pleasure to use this one.

Honestly the worst. Every time we phone up with a problem we are either passed off or made out to be lairs. The receptionist seems to think shes a doctor, I tell her whats wrong with me and she tells me well you dont sound like you do, then in next breath she tells me shes not a clinician, because I confronted her about constantly being passed off. This is the reason people are so poorly at times because they take on too many, then tell you we have to prioritise so then not everyone is getting seen to, like I said to her why do we even bother we might as well just suffer, we ask our doctor for help and they can not give it to us its beyond ridiculous
